Terms & Conditions

1. If you are paying by cheque you must send your cheque (with your bank card details) at least 5 days prior to your wedding day as only cash can be accepted on the day.

2. An additional charge of 40p per mile will be applicable if we have to travel any futher than 15 miles from our home to reach your home or venue.

3. For bookings of £100 or more a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

4. Any bookings for treatments or parties that are £100 or over we will require a non refundable deposit of 25% which will be taken off your final invoice.

5. In the case of a situation arising which is out of our control and prevent us attending your event, we will make every effort to find you a replacement professional or we will refund your trial fee and any other payments made.
